The Caldwell Police Department is asking the public to avoid a neighborhood after a 'small incendiary device' was found in a home. The device was located in a home near the 200 block of Walnut Street in Caldwell, near the intersection of West Linden Street and South Kimball Avenue, according to a Facebook post. Police said that some nearby homes have been evacuated and that the Nampa Police Department's bomb squad is at the scene.
